Bea Troxel – “Gettin’ Where”

Nashville singer and songwriter Bea Troxel has announced a new album, Gettin’ Where, to be released on September 17th via Ruination Record Co.

The album deals with identity, learning to live in your own body, and according to Bea, “these songs are about action, about being seen and learning to claim desire,” a deeply personal and relatable theme as Bea discovered her queer identity, felt the sweet sting of first love and left a job that refused to accept that part of her. Gettin’ Where is both a quiet meditation and a jubilant embrace of self that comes from struggle.
